High Protein Breakfast Idea for any one looking to bulk, gain muscle mass, or eat a nutrient packed breakfast!
For Tofu Scramble:
- - 1 Pack of Organic Non Gmo Firm Tofu (just squeeze out as much liquid as you can then crumble into pan.. the rest will evaporate)
- - Seasonings I used : Tumeric (for color), Nutritional Yeast (about 3-4 Tbsp), Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning, & Black Pepper
- NOTE: This may taste bland, but I eat it with hot sauce :) Play with the seasonings, tofu has no flavor!
- - a little bit of water (to steam broccoli)
- - 1/2 cup broccoli (or other steamed veggies)
For the Potatoes:
- - 2 small red potatoes, cubed
- - 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- - 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- - Seasonings: Lemon Pepper + 10 Spice Mix

The rest of the Breakfast:
- - Toasted x2 Whole Grain Wheat Bread
- - .5 Tbsp Earth Balance Soy Free Butter
- - 1 Tbsp Grape Jelly
- - 1 Grapefruit
** and this was not pictured but you can drink some OJ or non dairy milk if you'd like! This is a LARGE and IN CHARGE breakfast! The macros displayed in the video include everything I prepared, including the butter. If you want lower fat, you know what to do :)
