Apple Pancakes 

  • 3 tbsp nut milk
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice (or cinnamon)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 cup almond flour

Stuffed Squash

  • acorn squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup greens
  • salt and pepper to taste

Pumpkin Porridge

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pumpkin spice
