Cheese Burger:

serves 4

  • 1kg/2 pounds cheaper ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1 brown onion, sliced into thick rings
  • 8 pickles
  • New York style yellow mustard and ketchup to serve

Keto 'Bun-less' Burger:

serves 4

  • 1 spring onion sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 750 g ground/minced chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 red onion slices
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves

Vegan Burger:

serves 4

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil (plus more for cooking)
  • 1/2 medium white onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
