1. Honey Soy Salmon: In a small bowl, mix marinade ingredients. 4 cloves garlic, minced, 2 teaspoon ginger, minced, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ⅓ cup Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, ⅓ cup honey. Pour half of the marinade on the salmon. Save the other half for later.
Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium pan, heat oil. Add salmon to the pan, but discard the used marinade. Cook salmon on one side for about 2-3 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove salmon from pan. Pour in remaining marinade and reduce to simmer for 30 seconds. Serve the salmon with sauce and a side of veggies.

2. Soy & Lemon Marinade: Great on steak, chicken or pork. Equal parts Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Soy Sauce and lemon juice (say, 2 tablespoons of each) and some fresh garlic. Marinade for 30-45 minutes and cook how you like - we BBQ'ed.

3. Rainbow Veggie Noodles: Stir Fry 200g sliced pork on medium heat with a little olive oil for 5 minutes. Add mixed stir fry vegetables and cooked coloured noodles to the wok and cook for 1 minute. The add 2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce and 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and cook for a further 1 - 2 minutes until heated through.
