        Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • OPTIONAL FROZEN ADDITIONS:
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • OPTIONAL NON-FROZEN ADDITIONS:
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • TO MAKE:
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
         Instructions
  1. Combine the frozen blueberries and pineapple in a baggie or container for the freezer. 

  2. When ready to make, empty fruit into blender, add 1/2 cup liquid (water or milk) and any other additions you'd like.

  3. Blend and serve.

    Ingredients
    • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    • 1/2 cup frozen mango
    • OPTIONAL FROZEN ADDITIONS:
    • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
    • OPTIONAL NON-FROZEN ADDITIONS:
    • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
    • 1 tbsp. honey
    • TO MAKE:
    • 1/2 cup water or milk (any kind)
    Instructions
    1. Combine the pineapple and mango in a container for the freezer.

    2. When ready to make, add the fruit to your blender along with any optional ingredients you'd like and the liquid of your choice.

    3. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

      Ingredients
      • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
      • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
      • OPTIONAL FROZEN ADDITIONS:
      • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
      • OPTIONAL NON-FROZEN ADDITIONS:
      • 1/4 cup greek yogurt + 1 tbsp. honey
      • TO MAKE:
      • 1/2 cup water or milk (any kind)
      Instructions
      1. For stocking your freezer, simply combine the strawberries and pineapple in a container and freeze.

      2. When ready to make, transfer fruit to blender, add optional ingredients and liquid of choice, then blend until smooth.

        • 1/2 cup water or milk of choice
        Instructions
        1. To freeze, combine the frozen fruit in a container and store in the freezer.

        2. When ready to make, combine the the fruit, any optional ingredients you want to use and a liquid of choice in your blender.

        3. Blend until smooth.

          Ingredients
          • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
          • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
          • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
          • OPTIONAL FROZEN ADDITIONS:
          • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
          • OPTIONAL NON-FROZEN ADDITIONS:
          • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
          • 1 tbsp. honey
          Instructions
          1. Combine the berries in a freezer-safe container and store in freezer until ready to use.

          2. When ready, put all ingredients into the blender as desired and blend until smooth.
