No Bake Blondies

  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter OR more flour 
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup mashed banana

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 350F for 12-15 minutes

Cauliflower Hummus

  • 1.5 cups raw cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Top with olive oiled chopped parsley
  • 400F 20 mins roast
