In this video I have shown all the Healthy smoothies that you can easily make it at home. They are super delicious and healthy. Good for your body, good for weight loss, healthy skin.All the recipes are listed below. You can increase or decrease the taste as per your like.If you want to make it more sweet add few dates.

Smoothie 1
Approximately 1 glass
- Strawberries- 1cup
- Lettuce or Spinach- 1cup
-Mango-1/3 cup
-Kiwi--1/2 cup
Coconut Water

Smoothie 2

  • sunflower seeds- 1tbsp
  • pear- 1cup
  • banana-1
  • milk or almond milk- 1 cup

Smoothie 3

  • almonds- 1tbsp
  • mango- 1/3 cup
  • pineppale- 1/2 cup
  • Banana- 1/2
  • Water- 1 cup

Smoothie 4

  • Avocado- 1/3 cup
  • Baby Spinach-1 cup
  • Mango- 1/2 cup
  • Grapes- seedless- 8 to 10
  • Banana -1
  • Water

Dry Fruit Milkshake Smoothie

  • soaked almonds- 1tbsp
  • dry figs- 1 or 2
  • walnuts- 1 spoon
  • date- 1
  • milk -1 cup
