Ingredients

  • 3 large Apples
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 3-5 pods of green Cardamom
  • 1 pod black cardamom
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2-5 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger

Directions

  1. Peel and Cut Apples.
  2. Place in Sauce Pan with water.
  3. Add Spices.
  4. Cover on Low heat until the apples break down to desired consistency for stewed apples or applesauce (about 10-15 mins).
