Learn how to make a homemade bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast pizza at home!! This recipe is super easy and all ingredients can be prepared in advance so the morning of, all you need to do is assemble the pizza and bake. Totally worth the bit of prep this takes!
What you'll need:
- 1 batch homemade pizza dough
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at the 450*F oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 (14") pizza. Serves 6-8.
You can also make this with sausage in place of the bacon. You can use cheese sauce or a sausage gravy as the sauce. Both are equally as good.
Seasoned salt recipe:
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients well and store in an airtight container. Use as a replacement for plain salt for all your cooking needs.
