Beef Tataki

Ingredients:
1/2" New York steak
Salt and pepper

Ponzu Sauce:
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin

Directions:
1. Season beef steak with salt and pepper
2. Rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
3. Preheat the grill hot plate or frying pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, sear the beef steak for 30 seconds on each side.
4. Rest for 5 minutes.
5. Add light soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh lemon juice, mirin in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
6. Thinly slice the beef steak and place on a serving plate, garnish with chopped green onion, then pour the ponzu sauce over the beef and serve.

日式生牛肉

材料:
1/2"厚 紐約牛排
少許鹽及黑胡椒

日式牛肉醬汁:
1/4杯日式醬油
兩湯匙 新鮮檸檬汁
兩湯匙 日式米醋
一湯匙 日式味醂

做法:
1.牛排兩面灑少許鹽及黑胡椒
2.牛排室溫靜待10分鐘備用
3.中大火燒熱電熱爐或平底鍋,加入一湯匙油然後將牛兩面煎30秒
4.牛排靜待5分鐘備用
5.將所有醬汁材料混合備用
6.牛排切薄片,擺盤,灑上蔥花,最後淋醬汁即可
