Just wanted to share with you guys a very simple recipe and meal prep.
I like to keep things very simple in my preps. So all you're going to need here is red potatoes, eggs, garlic salt, cooking spray oil, and some boxes to hold your meals.

Heres how to cook the potatoes:
1. wash
2. boil for about 15-20 min
3. cut and bake for about 30 min
4. then add garlic salt to taste.

For eggs, you can buy egg whites if you'd like. They just tend to cost a little more. I tend to buy whole eggs in bulk to save on the cost.

Red Potatoes: 200g = 35g of carbs, 0g of fat, 4g of protein, 4 grams fiber = 156 calories

Egg white: 0g of carbs, 0g of fat, 5g of protein. = 20 calories
