CARIBBEAN RUM COCKTAIL

  • 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Gold Rum
  • 1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz. (60ml) Orange Juice
  • 3 oz. (90ml) Pineapple Juice
  • Splash Grenadine
  • Garnish: Lime Wheel/Cocktail Umbrella

PREPARATION

  1.  Add ice, 1 oz. (30ml) of gold rum, coconut rum, orange juice and pineapple juice to mixing glass and shake until chilled.
  2.  Strain mix into serving glass and add a splash of grenadine.
  3.  Finish by layering 1/2 oz. (15ml) of gold rum on top of drink.
  4.  Garnish with a lime wheel and cocktail umbrella.
