Chicken Pakora Ingredients:
1. Bone less chicken (250 gm).
2. Chopped cabbage (1cup).
3. Chopped carrot (1 cup).
4. Chopped capsicum (½ cup).
5. Chopped onion (1 big size).
6. Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp).
7. Chopped green chilli (4/5).
8. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
9. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
10. Gram flour (½ cup).
11. Corn flour (4 tbsp).
12. Salt (as per your taste).
13. Refined oil (for deep fry).
14. Lemon juice (1 tbsp).
15. An egg.

How to make Crispy Chicken Pakora:
1. First marinate the chicken with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice. Mixed it well and keep for 30 min.
2. After 30 min add chopped cabbage, chopper carrot, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, ½ cup gram flour, 4 tbsp corn flour and an egg.
3. Mix all the ingredients very well.
4. Now heat the pan and add oil in it.
5. Deep fry the chicken pakoras very well. Chicken Pakoda is ready.
6. Serve hot chicken pakora with sauce or chutney.
