Chilli mushroom is one of the most sought after dishes in vegetarian world. so i present you the one of my favorite dishes . Almost an cardinal part of vegetarian snack list i have tried making it just like what you get in the best restaurants. follow the chilly mushroom recipe and see for yourself how delicious mushrooms can be .

INGREDIENTS

Mushroom :250 gms(washed)
Onion :2 Nos. (chopped)
Capsicum :1 No. (chopped)
Green Chilly :2 Nos. (chopped)
Ginger :1 inch (grated)
Garlic :5 cloves (grated)
Maida :3 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup :1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce :1 teaspoon
Red chilly sauce :1 tablespoon
Vinegar :1 tablespoon
Corn flour :3 tablespoon
Oil :2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Chilly Mushroom
Recipe:
-Take a saucepan. Boil water and add mushrooms and boil for 15-20 minutes.
-Take a bowl. Add maida, cornflour, salt and ginger-garlic paste (optional). Mix all. Add some water and make a batter for marination.
-Dip boiled mushrooms in this batter for 5 minutes.
-Take a pan on high flame. Heat oil for frying. Put the mushrooms into the pan one by one. Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
-Now take a pan. Heat oil and add ginger, garlic and green chilly. Cook for 1 minutes. Add onion and capsicum. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
-Now add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, red chilly sauce, tomato ketchup. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
-After that add fried mushrooms. Mix it well. Add some water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
-Now Chilly Mushrooms is ready. Serve Hot.
