Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 ounces)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounces)
- 1 stick of unsalted butter (4 ounces)
- 6 slices of cooked crispy bacon
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bag of hash browns (30 to 32 ounces)
- Top with another cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh bread drums
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Bake 30 minutes @ 350F or until bubbly
