This gentle and insanely tasty Cottage Cheesecake will not leave anyone indifferent! I love it!
INGREDIENTS
For the Cottage Cheesecake:
- 450 g cheese Ricotta
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons semolina
- 40-50 g white granulated sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of ½ orange
For the Sour Cream Filling:
- 1 egg
- 400 g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 g powdered sugar
PREPARATION
- Line an 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan with parchment paper on the bottom. Grease a springform pan with butter at the edges.
- Preheat oven to 340°F/170°С.
- In a food processor or blender on medium speed, blend the cottage cheese and cheese Ricotta.
- Beat the eggs with sugar until it turns white fluffy foam.
- Add the semolina, orange zest, vanilla extract and milk. Mix well with spatula.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into springform pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
- Make the sour cream filling. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour the Sour Cream Filling on the Cottage Cheesecake and bake again 30-40 minutes.
- Cool in a switched off oven, and then put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
