Country Ribs Texas Style, we love ribs in any form. These are also known as country strips. They were thick and meaty with a bone in (Patti’s preference), but they also come boneless. Either way is just right seasoned with Briggs True Texas Seasoning and thickly basted with Briggs True Bourbon Bacon Barbeque Sauce and a “Kiss of Smoke” with Pacific Pellet Gourmet BBQ Pellet Texas Pecans. So tender, and so Good!!!
