== INGREDIENTS ==

  • - 250 grams of sliced up mushrooms
  • - 200 ml of milk
  • - 200 ml of stock (your choice)
  • - 1 chopped up onion
  • - butter
  • - dried thyme
  • - dried basil
  • - dried oregano
  • - pepper
  • - salt
  • - 1 tablespoon of flour
  • - 1 laurel leaf
  • - 1 clove of garlic

== RECIPE ==

  1. Melt some butter in a pot
  2. Add the mushrooms and saute them
  3. Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and thyme
  4. Give it a good stir
  5. Let them fry until the juices have dissapeared and the mushrooms are starting to brown
  6. Add the onion and fry until it's looking glazy
  7. Press the garlic in there and fry a bit, but make sure not to burn it
  8. Add the flour and stir well
  9. Let it fry for a bit
  10. Deglaze the pot with some stock
  11. Add the rest of the stock and the milk
  12. Stir well until everything is combined
  13. Let it come to a light boil
  14. Cover with a lid and let is simmer until it's done
