== INGREDIENTS ==
- - 250 grams of sliced up mushrooms
- - 200 ml of milk
- - 200 ml of stock (your choice)
- - 1 chopped up onion
- - butter
- - dried thyme
- - dried basil
- - dried oregano
- - pepper
- - salt
- - 1 tablespoon of flour
- - 1 laurel leaf
- - 1 clove of garlic
== RECIPE ==
- Melt some butter in a pot
- Add the mushrooms and saute them
- Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and thyme
- Give it a good stir
- Let them fry until the juices have dissapeared and the mushrooms are starting to brown
- Add the onion and fry until it's looking glazy
- Press the garlic in there and fry a bit, but make sure not to burn it
- Add the flour and stir well
- Let it fry for a bit
- Deglaze the pot with some stock
- Add the rest of the stock and the milk
- Stir well until everything is combined
- Let it come to a light boil
- Cover with a lid and let is simmer until it's done
