Meal Prepping is life changing and I know it’s best for me to complete before a busy week. It’s like working out – you will not regret that you did it once it’s done. Let’s be honest, some days you just don’t feel like it. Here are 2 super easy crockpot meals that you can make and then get back to work, binging Netflix or simply hanging out with family and friends!

Crockpot Meal #1 – Smoked Sausage – Red Potatoes – Veggies
5 – 6 Red Potatoes - cut + cleaned
Smoked Sausage 3 Links – cut into bite size bites
Stir Fry Frozen Veggies
Seasoning Salt/Pepper /Onion Powder
Chicken Stock – Use enough Stock to cover contents in Crockpot
Cook on HIGH – 4 to 6 Hours or LOW for 8 – 10 Hours (I cooked on HIGH)

Crockpot Meal #2 – Chicken Teriyaki (serve with brown or white rice and veggies)
Chicken Breast or Chicken Tenderloins (I used 2 packs of Chicken Tenderloins)
Djion Mustard
Teriyaki Sauce
Salt/Pepper/Garlic Salt/Red Pepper
Cook on LOW – 7 to 9 Hours or HIGH for 4 to 6 Hours ( I cooked on LOW)
