  • 16 oz (500 mL) heavy cream
  • 14 oz can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 small to medium peaches (188 g)
  • 6 oz (171 g) fresh cherries


  1. Score peaches and add to boiling water for thirty to forty-five seconds
  2. Remove from boiling water and place in an ice water bath
  3. Peel the skin and chop the fresh peaches
  4. Wash and remove the pits from the cherries
  5. Set aside prepared peaches and cherries until needed
  6. In a chilled large mixing bowl add heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt and mix well
  7. In a freezer-safe container pour in your ice cream mixture and fruit
  8. Freeze overnight for best results then serve

This recipe makes at least 2 pints of ice cream
