Ingredients:

  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 1/2 Cup of Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 an Onion (finely chopped or minced)
  • 1 Clove of Mince Garlic (about 1 Teaspoon)
  • 1 Egg
  • 400g of Dry Egg Noodle Pasta (I used Pappardelle)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Cups of Liquid Beef Stock
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Freshly Chopped Parsley

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
