INGREDIENTS:

  • -Any type of fish (video: filet de sol)
  • -Carrots
  • -Salt and Pepper
  • -1 and a half cup of flour
  • -Oil
  • -1 Onion
  • -Tomato sauce
  • -Brown Sugar (OPTIONAL)
  • -A quarter cup of ketchup

STEPS:

  • 1. Put the fish inside a bowl and WASH VERY WELL
  • 2. Prepare a plate with 1 and a half cup of flour
  • 3. Add salt and pepper on the flour
  • 4. Dry the fish with a paper towel
  • 5. Prepare a pan with oil to lightly fry the fish
  • 6. Carefully, dip each fish piece on the flour and put into the pan
  • 7. Prepare a dish to put the fried fish pieces
  • 8. Clean the skin of a few carrots
  • 9. Shred the carrots
  • 10. Take another pan and chop 1 onion
  • 11. Fry the onions until they become gold color and add the carrots into the pan (MIX 10 minutes)
  • 12. Add pepper and salt into the pan
  • 13. Prepare a pan for the tomato sauce
  • 14. Add brown sugar in the sauce to make it sweeter and a quarter cup of ketchup
  • 15. Carefully, add the onion and carrot mixture into the tomato sauce (MIX)
  • 16. Boil the tomato sauce and slowly add the fish pieces inside
  • 17. Lower the fire and cover the pan to cook for about 15 minutes
  • 18. Preheat the oven to 350 and open the pan to put in the oven (half an hour)
  • 19. Before serving, let the pan cool down for about half an hour
