INGREDIENTS: To make 15 - 20 pieces of gumdrops, you need the following ingredients. In the video, I tripled the recipe with gelatin sheets and made 56 pieces of gumdrops.

- 25 grams Gelatin either leaves/sheets or powder
- 70 ml water (1/4 C plus 2 tsp) (at room temperature) - to soak and soften gelatin
- 110 gr caster sugar (1/2 C plus 1 Tbsp)
- 5~10 ml lemon juice - optional, only use if you'd like your gumdrops to be a little tangy.
- 80 ml (1/3 C) hot water - to make sugar syrup
food flavors: vanilla, fruit (berries, oranges, mandarines), flora (jasmine, lavenders...)
food color (gel icing colors work well but liquid color is the best option)

Molds: baking tray, chocolate or ice-cube mold, ... silicon is better as taking the gumdrops will be easier.
