HEALTHY CINNAMON "CHICKPEA" BLONDIES - Trust me when I tell you no one will know that there are Chickpeas in these Blondies! They are not only healthy but also delicious! Look up all the benefits from Chickpeas and you will be surprised. No refined sugar in this recipe either. If you are trying to cut out your bad carbs this recipe is a good one for you to try. These Blondies are also dairy free, egg free, soy free, and vegan. What more could you ask for! I hope you like them as much as the Cameraman and I do. I am going to reduce the cinnamon to 1 tablespoon next time I make them. If you like cinnamon flavor leave the recipe as is. Enjoy!

1 - 15 oz. can of chickpeas drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts and or chocolate chunks (optional)
Cinnamon-Sugar optional for garnish.
