Healthy Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Here is a healthy, easy and yummy recipe for the entire Family.

This is a simple way to do it but like any other recipe you can add more ingredients.

Prep time : 5 mins
Cook time : 10 mins
Total time : 15 mins


1 Banana, medium ripe
2 eggs (Organic, cage free)
1/3 cup of Oats (organic)
¼ tsp Cinnamon


1. Put the BANANA in a bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Add the eggs until well combined.
3. Put the oats in a blender and blend until fine.
4. Add the blended oats and cinnamon to the BANANA, mix and stir well.
5. Heat a skillet over a medium heat with a dash of olive oil or coconut oil.
6. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture into the skillet, cook on one side for about 1 minute (or until golden brown on both sides)
7. Serve it and enjoy
