1 Scoop MTS Machine Whey Pumpkin Pie
1 tbs Coconut flour
5 grams Psyllium Whole Husk
1/2 tsp baking powder
60 grams pure pumpkin
46 grams liqued egg whites
1 tbs Splenda

Pour into waffle maker and let cook
