High protein tortilla pizza! this is a protein rich pizza recipe. Good for any time of the day, and incredibly easy to make a protein tortilla pizza. This is also a low carb pizza! Mostly because of the low calorie pizza dough, which is not a traditional dough but it tastes great and makes for a low calorie thin crust.
