I find that sometimes the simplest recipes are the best. Here is my recipe for a classic Ceasar Salad Dressing that I know you will love. You'll never do store bought again! Enjoy guys!

2 Cups Olive Oil
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 Oz. Minced Garlic
1 Oz. Anchovy Paste
2 Tbsp. Mustard
2 Oz. Parmesan Cheese
Black Pepper

1. Using a food processor, pulse together the egg, Worcestshire sauce, lemon juice, anchovy, garlic and mustard till thoroughly combined.
2. Turn the food processor on low speed and drop by drop start adding the oil to create the emulsification. Slowly start pouring the oil in at a faster rate as the oil will now incorporate much easier.
3. Transfer the dressing to a bowl, add the Parmesan cheese and season with fresh ground black pepper. Chill for at least an hour before using.

*** For those of you that are not into raw eggs try a mayonnaise based version. Simply omit the oil and the eggs altogether and instead combine 2 cups of Mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients till thoroughly combined. Chill and serve.
