Recipe:
250 grams of mushroom
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
500 ml of cream (21%)
1 handful of parsley
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 bouillon cube
30 g of butter
1 tsp of salt
A pinch of pepper

Method:
Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt the butter in a pan and add the onions, garlic and mushrooms. When they are soft pour in the red wine vinegar. Stir and add the cream. Put in salt and a little pepper. In with the stock cube and when it is dissolved you add in the parsley. The sauce is ready!

Serve warm and with a good piece of meat.
