INSTANT POT PHO TAI BO VIEN (VIETNAMESE BEEF NOODLE SOUP)

8 Pieces of Beef Bones
5 inches of Daikon (peel and halves)
1 Onion and 1 Ginger (roasted)
2 bags of Pho Seasoning (Pasteur brand)
8 tbsp Beef Pho Soup Base (Quoc Viet)
2 thumb size Rock Sugar
1- Wash beef bones and parboil on stove top for 10 minutes.
2- Rinse well with sink water.
3- Place all ingredients into inner pot.
4- Pour Boiling water to cover ingredients.
5- Set Manual, High Pressure for 30 minutes.
6- Natural Release for 30 minutes.
7- Remove bones, add more boiling water and season to your
taste with Salt, Soup Base, and/or Rock Sugar.

Note: the amount of soup base/seasoning depends on how
much broth you have so please don’t follow the recipe to the
tee. Taste your broth and season it to your liking.
