How to Make Vanilla Syrup – Copycat Recipe

for about 1 1/3 cups


1 cup water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


In a thick-bottomed sauce pan, add granulated sugar, light brown sugar, pinch of salt, and water. Over medium-high heat, slowly stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. You can make syrup only with granulated sugar and water but brown sugar and pinch of salt will give richer flavor to the final result. When the syrup reaches full boil with big bubbles, just let it boil for about 5 minutes. Reducing the syrup by boiling will make the syrup thicker.

Then remove the pan out of the heat and wait for half an hour or until it’s sufficiently cooled.

Finally add 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract and stir until combined.

바닐라 시럽 만들기


•설탕 2/3컵 (135g)
•갈색설탕 1/3컵 (65g)
•소금 조금
•물 1컵 (240ml)
•바닐라 엑스트렉트 2티스푼 (10ml)


1.우선 바닥이 두꺼운 팬에 설탕 2/3컵, 갈색설탕 1/3컵, 소금조금, 물 1컵을 넣고, 중간불에서 데우면서 설탕이 녹을때까지 서서히 젓습니다.
시럽을 설탕만으로도 만들 수 있지만 갈색설탕을 넣어야 스모키한 향과 맛을 즐길 수 있어요.
시럽이 끓기 시작하면 불을 줄이고 5분간 졸이세요.
2.다음 반시간 정도 식힌후 바닐라 엑스트렉트 2티스푼 넣고 섞고 용기에 넣어 냉장고에 저장합니다.
