  •     1 kg          Pork Spare Ribs
  •     4 tbsp       HK's Keto BBQ Sauce
  •     1 tbsp       5Spice Powder
  •     1               Stick Cinnamon
  •     2               Star Anise
  •     1               Bay Leaf
  •     8               Peppercorns
  •     10 grams Ginger
  •     10 grams garlic
  •     Salt to Taste


  1.     Pressure cook the ribs with salt, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, peppercorns, star anise, garlic and ginger for 30 minutes or till tender.
  2.     In a work cold fry the ribs and add the bbq sauce and 5 spice and fry till a nice crust develops
  3.     Serve.
