These are a great, alternative way to make tasty fish canapés. Best of all, I use tinned fish and bread for the bases instead of pastry. You'll be able to whip these up in no time!

You can use either tinned mackerel or salmon to make these.

Ingredients (Serves 10 | Prep time: 15m Cooking time: 15m | 170 calories & 7g fat p/serving):

- 90g drained Mackerel or Salmon
- 10 slices White Bread
- Low Fat Spread
- Handful Parsley
- Handful Chives
- 200g Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 Spring Onions
