Ingredients
- 200g macadamia nuts
- 200g water
- 400g coconut milk
- 160g maple syrup
- a whole pod of vanilla beans
Instructions
- put everything into a container and blend well with high power blender.
- pour the mixture into ice cream maker.
- leave the ice cream in a freezer for a couple of hours.
* if you have time and want smoother and creamy ice cream, here's another advanced recipe for you as macadamia nuts has rougher texture than cashews

- 200g madam nuts

- 30 - 50g vegetable oil(optional, if you want richer ice cream)
- a whole pod of vanilla beans
Instructions
- make macadamia nut milk first with macadamia nuts, water and coconut milk.(blend these ingredients with blender then strain with mesh bag or nut milk bag)
- add maple syrup and vanilla.
- pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- leave it in a freezer for a couple of hours.
