White layer
Ingredients
- 25g gulaman white and unflavored
- 370ml all purpose cream
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 4 cups water
- sugar(if needed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine water and white gulaman. Mix until gulaman dissolves
- Turn the heat on and bring to a boil. Stir constantly
- Add all purpose cream and condensed milk
- Add sugar if needed
- Add vanilla extract and add food color. Mix well
- Turn the heat off
- Gently pour the white gulaman on top of the mango layer
- Let it cool. Cover and chill until cold(overnight)
Mango layer
Ingredients
- 25g Mango Gulaman
- 370ml all purpose cream
- 300ml condensed milk
- 4 cup water
- sugar(if needed)
- 1 cups diced sweet mangoes
- lemon yellow food color(optional)
Directions
- Combine water and mango gulaman
- Mix until gulaman dissolves
- Turn the heat on and bring gulaman to a boil. Stir constantly
- Add all purpose cream and condensed milk. Continue stirring
- Taste and add sugar. Mix well
- Add lemon yellow food color. Mix well and turn the heat off
- Gently pour the mango layer over the crust
- Add diced mangoes
- Set aside and let it firm
Graham Crust
Ingredients
- 2 cups grahams, crushed
- 8-10 tbsp melted butter/margarine
Directions
- Combine grahams and butter
- Mix well
- Transfer grahams into a deep container
- Spread it evenly. Lightly press the mixture
- Chill for 1 hour
