Adding moisture to your meats is easy with a marinade injector! You can infuse your meat or poultry with juicy flavor by filling up your injector with your favorite marinade, stock, or brine, and injecting it directly into your protein. Niki shows you how to assemble, use, and clean your marinade injector for easy, moist cuts of beef, pork, or poultry.

Try out our marinade recipe!

• ¼ C. light oil
• ¼ C. water
• 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 T. kosher salt
• 1 T. black pepper corns
• 1 onion, quartered
• 3 garlic cloves, smashed
• 2 dried bay leaves
• 1 t. dried thyme
• 1 bunch fresh sage

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and then simmer for a few minutes while stirring.
2. Remove from heat and allow marinade to cool.
3. Pour the marinade through a fine mesh strainer.
4. The marinade is now ready to load in your marinade injector.
