Ingredients

  • 200 gr. Egg Whites
  • 200 gr. Fine Sugar
  • 200 gr. Icing / Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Oven Mode: Top and bottom heating elements with fun.
  • Preheated Oven: 90°C Baking Temperature: 90°C
  • Baking Time: 2 hours
  • After 2 hours, switch off the oven and let the meringues cool down in the oven without opening the oven door.
  • Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of your oven.
