DESCRIPTION:

A mushroom (or toadstool) is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, typically produced above ground on soil or on its food source. Mushroom buzula is a snack recipe and it is rich source of vitamin B and D.

INGREDIENTS:

Mushrooms 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbs
Rice flour 2 tbs
Green chillies(chopped) 2 nos
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Garlic(chopped) ¼ tsp
Curry leaves 1 spring
Red chilly powder ½ tbs
Coriander seeds(crushed) ½ tsp
Lime juice ½ tbs
Salt To taste

METHOD:

1. Cut mushrooms into half and keep aside.
2. Take a bowl and add corn flour, rice flour, green chillies, garam masala, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garlic, curry leaves, red chilly powder, crush coriander seeds, lime juice, salt,water and mix nicely to make bajji batter.
3. Coat mushrooms with this batter and deep fry in hot oil, later transfer into paper towel.
4. Now hot and crispy mushroom buzule is ready to serve.
