Mushroom Julienne - this is a traditional Russian dish, Russian/French to be exact. It’s made with thinly sliced mushrooms, sour cream and cheese. It’s very rich and creamy. Traditionally, this dish is served as an appetizer in a tiny metal or ceramic individual dishes, called cocottes, it's elegant and lovely starter. I love to serve it a bread bowl, its different and always gets that wow effect. Texture under crispy and chewy cheesy top is smooth and buttery with chunks of perfectly cooked mushrooms and onions.

Ingredients :

1 small onion
250 gr mushrooms
200 gr sour cream
1tbsp flour
50 gr butter
salt and pepper
Grated cheese
Bread loaf

Жульен с грибами. Жульен – это прекрасное французское блюдо, которое, как правило, подают на праздничный стол. Но готовить жульен совсем несложно, потому его вполне можно подавать и будничными вечерами. Правда, блюдо благодаря использованию сметанного соуса достаточно калорийно – не стоит готовить его уж очень часто.

Ингредиенты :

1 небольшая луковица
250 гр грибов
200 гр сметаны
1 столовая ложка муки
50 гр сливочного масла
соль и перец
Тертый сыр
Буханка хлеба
