Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 medium head cauliflower (270g) - steamed till soft
- 1 roasted red pepper (mine was marinated in a brine of water, salt and sugar)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp course celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbs white miso paste
- 2 tbs tahini
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plant milk (I used unsweetened soy milk)
Instruction
- The main thing you will need for this recipe is a blender.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes and it's ready to serve.
