A healthy breakfast recipe
1 cup oats ground to a powder
1 onion chopped fine
1 green chilly finely chopped
1 teaspoon jeera
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon corriander or dhania powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric or haldi powder
salt to taste
the juice of 1 lime
a handful of chopped corriander
2 tablespoons of very fine rawa or semolina
water
oil
