Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Steelhead Trout Fish
  • 1= Tsp Deggi Mirch
  • ¼= Tsp Salt to taste
  • ¼= Tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼= Tsp Cumin Powder
  • ¼= Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼= Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1= Tsp Olive Oil
  • Garnish with Sesame

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Fish for 10 minutes, use cooking spray and place Fish pieces on Glass Baking Dish and place it in Pre-heated Oven in the middle rack for 10 minutes.
  2. Take it out and flip the pieces and cook it again for 5 more minutes or until it's fully cooked.
  3. Pre-heat your Oven and cook - Bake @500°F / 260ºC for 10 minutes, then turn over the fish and cook an additional 5 more minutes or until it's fully cooked.
  4. Turn off the oven and let it rest for a few more minutes before taking out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends
