  • Cooking oil
  • 8 to 10 red chili ( Chopped)
  • 10 to 12 garlic cloves ( chopped)
  • one big size onion finely chopped
  • 10 Red Tomatoes ( boil them and make it a fine paste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh pepper powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon Italian mixed herb
  • 10 to 12 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup.
