Today's Poached Eggs & Asparagus Toast Workout:

  • 10 Asparagus Spears Cut & Washed
  • 3 Eggs (at least)
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
