Potato Shrimp Kebab Recipe | Easy Make Snacks At Home In Kitchen, Shrimp Potato Fritters,Alu Pakora INGREDIENTS:

4 boiled potatoes

1/4th cup medium sizes shrimp / Prawn

1/4th cup chopped onion

1 tsp salt

4-5 piece chopped green chili

1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp red chili flakes (Optional)

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 cup oil for deep fry

1 cup all purpose flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chili powder

1 egg

½ cup of water

Potato Shrimp Kebab Recipe, Easy Make Snacks At Home In Kitchen, Shrimp Potato Fritters, Alu Pakora PROCEDURE:

Firstly, boil 4 medium sizes potato and peel their skin.

Heat some oil in a pan, Fry all shrimp in a high flame until light brown colour.

Add some oil in that pan & heat. Pour all chopped onion. Fry onion in a medium flame until brown colour. Adding fried onion in any kebab, make it crispier and also tasty.

Now take preparation for potato batter. Chop all boiled potato in a machine or mash by hand. Then add fried shrimp, fried onion, salt, red chili, green chili, cumin powder one by one with potatoes. Knead this to mix all. At last add coriander leaves.

Now take some potato batter in hand, flat this like a flat round shape. In same process, apply for all potato batter. You can give them any kind of shape.

Now let’s ready the batter for coating. In a bowl add all purpose flour, egg, salt, turmeric & red chili powder. Mix all. Then add water gradually. Whisk this until a smooth and perfect batter.

Now heat oil in a pan. Take a flat potato, coat with flour batter & pour this in oil very carefully.

Now fry all potatoes in high-medium flame. Flip these in between. The colour will be light brown.

Then drain oil by a sieve spoon and serve this yummy recipe with your favorite chutney or sauce.
