- Button mushrooms - 300 grams
- Oyster mushrooms - 300 grams
- Onion - 1 bulb
- Heavy cream - 150 ml
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- White cheddar - 100 grams
- Cheddar - 100 grams
- Parmesan - 80 grams
- Mozzarella - 80 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Baked potato for boats - 3 large potato
- Bake potato till it done, cut in a half pieces, remove the inside.
- Chop mushrooms.
- Chop onion.
- Fry veggies until it has done.
- Grate the cheddar, white cheddar, parmesan. Cut mozzarella.
- Add cheddar, white cheddar, cream cheese, and heavy cream into mushrooms, stir and simmer about 5 min.
- Put mushrooms stuffing into potato boats.
- Put grated parmesan on top of the mushrooms, add some mozzarella.
- Bake about 30 min at 180°C(350°F).
- Serve with green onions and sour cream.
