Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms - 300 grams
  • Oyster mushrooms - 300 grams
  • Onion - 1 bulb
  • Heavy cream - 150 ml
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • White cheddar - 100 grams
  • Cheddar - 100 grams
  • Parmesan - 80 grams
  • Mozzarella - 80 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Baked potato for boats - 3 large potato

Preparation

  1. Bake potato till it done, cut in a half pieces, remove the inside.
  2. Chop mushrooms.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. Fry veggies until it has done.
  5. Grate the cheddar, white cheddar, parmesan. Cut mozzarella.
  6. Add cheddar, white cheddar, cream cheese, and heavy cream into mushrooms, stir and simmer about 5 min.
  7. Put mushrooms stuffing into potato boats.
  8. Put grated parmesan on top of the mushrooms, add some mozzarella.
  9. Bake about 30 min at 180°C(350°F).
  10. Serve with green onions and sour cream.
