INGREDIENTS:

  1. 15 oz (or 3 small cans) tuna in oil, drained & flaked
  2. 1 English cucumber
  3. 1 small/med red onion, sliced
  4. 2 avocados, diced
  5. 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
  6. Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
  7. ¼ cup (1/2 bunch) cilantro, chopped
  8. 1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
  9. ⅛ tsp black pepper
