  • 1,5 Cups of semolina
  • 1,5 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 2 tbs. of pine nuts
  • 2 tbs. of butter
  • Half a cup of vegetable oil
  1. Melt the butter in a big pot, add the semolina and the pine nuts.
  2. Turn the heat off when semolina starts getting slightly browned.
  3. On another bowl, melt the sugar in to the milk and pour it on the semolina, cook until all the milk is soaked in.
  4. Then turn the heat off and leave it for brewing.
  5. Serve it when it cools down.
