Ingredients
- 1,5 Cups of semolina
- 1,5 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of Milk
- 2 tbs. of pine nuts
- 2 tbs. of butter
- Half a cup of vegetable oil
- Melt the butter in a big pot, add the semolina and the pine nuts.
- Turn the heat off when semolina starts getting slightly browned.
- On another bowl, melt the sugar in to the milk and pour it on the semolina, cook until all the milk is soaked in.
- Then turn the heat off and leave it for brewing.
- Serve it when it cools down.
