Video tutorial on how to make a Smoked Beef Brisket for cooking on your meat smoker.

Cook (Smoke) Time: Approx 18 hours at 200-250 Degrees. (Staying closer to 200 Deg)
Total Time: About 20 hours with resting. You can count on about 1.5 hours per pound of brisket.
Wood used for smoking in this video: Cherry
Finished Internal Temp: Internal temp of 195-200 degrees

Basic Supplies Needed:
Large Roasting Pan (Aluminum disposable)
Aluminum Foil
Basting Injector
Sharp Knife
Container for mixing and later cooling broth/spice mix
Cooler and towels.

Basic Ingredients:
Beef Brisket (Packers, untrimmed)
Beef Broth
Worcestershire Sauce
Spices for coating and injecting (Ground fine for injection)
