This is a steamed back mussel with black bean garlic sauce from Lee Kum Kee. The most important ingredient here is not the mussels today, it is really the black bean garlic sauce.

So check this out, very simply recipe. You have to make sure you clean your mussels really well, so they have been scrubbed and everything, but for this recipe we are using today, pure sesame oil. And then we are add our pancetta, shallots, eggplants, and fennel.

We are going to roués this for a couple of minutes. Now the really cool thing about this recipe it will cook in about 10 minutes, in 10 minutes you can feed your family.

Now to this we will add our mussels, the whole bowl of mussels. Oh yeah delicious. Our mushrooms, and then we are covering for about one minute. All the vegetables are rousting with the vegetables. In about one minute I will add my plum wine sauce. And cover. Can you see the steam coming up on the side of this beautiful lid? It means that we are almost ready.

Check this out. Oh beautiful. And we toss. Oh yeah. We’ll add our cream, and our black bean garlic sauce from Lee Kum Kee, you have to put quite a bit of it. Three spoons and it’ll be just perfect. And now it’s time to cover again, voila. Another three minute’s ladies and gentlemen, and we are ready.

Alright, with this a little bit of chopped parsley then a little bit of lemon vest, lemon juice, one more. Now look at this, you see all these vegetables, this is what really makes it happen. You can smell that beautiful fragrance of the black bean garlic sauce from Lee Kum Kee, this is gorgeous, and you add this over here. And look at this, isn’t this gorgeous. Some fresh bread. Now this fresh bread, my uncle Gibert was the baker. Now he would bring that beautiful loaf, it would be grilled on the fireplace. So we will have grilled bread with the steamed mussel. Life is good, bon appetite everybody!

Don’t forget you need to do this recipe, as it is healthy, it is simple, takes only ten minutes to prepare, and it is simply delicious.

Bon appetite.
